    • Same here, Bonnie. Obviously Tracfone either has no answer or doesn’t care, thus no further response. Planned obsolescence, buy a new phone. At least I think that’s Tracfone’s hidden message.

  2. I can’t get mine to hard factory reset even when I do exactly what it says to do with the power and volume down buttons, and the one second thing and it still won’t go into reset menu!

I forgot my screen lock so if I can’t hard reset it then it’s no good to me!

I had it put up for a long time in my closet but a friend of mine needs a phone bad so I was going to reset it and give it to him but I guess I can’t unless someone could give me some other advice on hard resetting this LGL34C Optimus trac phone?
