  1. We have 2 of these. They constantly overheat. I am told that this is usually a firmware issue, however they cannot connect to the server to update their firmware. Whether this is a ZTE issue or a Tracfone issue I do not know. I do know that it appears to be more substandard junk.

    • I’m having the same issue with the firmware update, it keeps saying unable to connect to server. If you find a way to resolve the issue please let me know, thank you.

  2. I got mine for $20m and am trying hard to like it. It got stuck in ‘speech to text’ for all inputs!
    I reset the phone and now it won’t connect to the network or let me change the SSID.
    Gonna try another reset… going total this time!
