What cause this phone to restart by it’s self 3 or 4 times a day. It can be just sitting there and it will restart all by it’s self.
I have the same problem. I turn my screen off and in about three minutes the screen turns on again.
I’ve put in ad blockers, virus blocker. Uninstalled apps and nothing helps.
I have Not tried calling TracFone yet
I purchased the J7 as a upgrade from a LG. The only complaint is the screen goes black after 10 sec. regardless of the time out setting. Any suggestions?
Go to settings and change the time to what you want. I put mine on 5 minutes.
So I have this samsung j7 sky pro phone and I bought a sim card from Wal-Mart, the 55 minute plan. But as I was trying to activate it it keeps popping up that this phone isn’t compatible for straight talk?

Straight talk is not tracphone. It is the wrong company that you purchased. But Tracphone cards only.
It sounds like you bought straight phone card. Tracfone has no 55 minute cards.
You can buy a tracfone card directly from the cell phone, from Amazon.
Call / visit tracfone will also work for help or purchasing.

I have the samsung j7 sky pro. I tried putting the apps asleep but it lights up every few minutes. Also no matter what I’m in the middle of, texting , dialing a number, or whatever, ads pop on & it’s a real pain to get off & back to what I was doing. I have never used a samsung phone but had a samsung core & a Luna with used Google. I had no problems. Help please
I activated my new Samsung Galaxy J7 Sky Pro but haven’t set it up. When I press Start on the Welcome screen, a blue box appears around “Start” and I can’t get any further than that screen. It appears to be locked somehow. I took the battery out, but that didn’t change anything.
Are the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 and the Galaxy J7 Sky Pro the same phone? One cannot air travel with the Galaxy Note 7 so I’m wondering if the Sky Pro is rebrand of the Note 7. Can anyone answer this question for me?
