When I got my new phone it would not make a call it would show 911 and then OK I talked to Tracfone several times 45 to 90 min, at a time asking for a new phone. After 2 hours with them one night and another 1 and half hours the next day, they said they will send me a reconditon phone in exchange for my NEW phone. I will never have anything to do with them again.
